Description

Uploader stated, they were driving on Clinton Road and there dashcam picked up an Apparition/Figure on the right side of the road, that they did not see when driving the road. Additionally the uploader stated "The recorded date and time appear inconsistent with the known time of capture". No evidence to suggest of manual alteration or system error prior to recording.
