Location listings may include private property. Users are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining proper permission before visiting any location
• Respecting "No Trespassing" signs and barriers
• Following all local laws and regulations
• Their own safety when visiting any location

Haunting.org is not liable for any legal issues, injuries, or damages arising from visits to listed locations.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Haunting.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

Our Content: The Haunting.org name, logo, and website design are our property. You may not use our branding without permission.

All submissions are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any content
• Edit content for clarity or accuracy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Take action against spam or abuse

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any information

Haunting.org is an archive of reported phenomena. Inclusion in the database does not constitute verification of paranormal activity.
