Attacked by a Ghost

This happened when I went to my uncle's house. They happened to house shifting from their house so I went there to help.

Three days remaining to house shifting... On the first night I slept in a single room, where the window is facing the road outside of the house.

I remembered it clearly, in the early morning around 3 AM suddenly something sat on my chest, my hands & legs are not moving, my eyes are not opening, I tried to open them but they felt quiet heavy. I tried to shout to others, but my voice is not coming...

Suddenly I thought about sleep paralysis. I relaxed mentally because, I read about sleep paralysis. But that heaviness, neck pinching increased. Out of helplessness and desperate I chant my favorite god name in my heart mentally.

The feeling of heaviness decreased slowly, my hands are regain their moving. I am able to open my eyes. When I open my eyes, the thing in front of my eyes gives me a chill to my spine, even today.

There is a ugly face with pasted like white colour onto their face. That face is staring at me when I opened my eyes, in a fraction of seconds that thing moved so fast and dissolved into air like smoke and moved through window.

Being shocked, I don't know what to do, I didn't tell anyone about this.

The 2nd day at the same time the same thing happened again. This time

I confirmed it's not my hallucination or lucid dream or sleep paralysis. It's something abnormal & beyond anything I know. How can anyone turn into smoke & disappear?

After that I didn't sleep in that room again, after my uncle's house shifting I went to my house, there is no one at home at night due to nightshift. I'm alone sleeping in my room. I am having a dream of horror, a scary thing is hunting me, I kept running. Then I suddenly woke up. Beside me there is a black shadow in a standing position... When I see it it's disappeared into air.

I thought a lot, I think of this to... Did my uncle's house ghost come to my house? After that incident in the early morning I went to a Suva temple. After that nothing happened again.

My uncle's house is in Kakinada town that is in Andhra Pradesh.

My house is in Vizag.

From child hood, this type of paranormal things have been happening around me. There are so many incidents that have happened but this the only time where I saw a face of a ghost. This incident happened three years ago.
